About Top 10 Conveyancing
Is Top 10 Conveyancing free to use?
Yes. Browsing the lists and asking for quotes costs you nothing. You agree the fee directly with the conveyancer you choose.
How are the firms chosen?
Each firm must be allowed to do conveyancing in its state, have a strong record of real Google reviews, and do residential conveyancing as a core part of its work. We then rank on reputation, focus, experience and how clearly the firm explains its fees. The full method is on how we select.
Do firms pay to be listed?
No. No firm pays to be listed or to move up a list. If you ask for quotes, we may be paid by a firm for the introduction. See how we make money.
Conveyancer or solicitor: which do I need?
It depends on your state. In Queensland only a solicitor can do your conveyancing. In most other states a licensed conveyancer or a solicitor can, and in Western Australia most of the work is done by licensed settlement agents. Our conveyancer or solicitor guide covers every state.
How often are the lists updated?
Each city page shows the date it was last reviewed. At each review we recheck licences, ratings and contact details, and remove firms that no longer meet the standard.
